About Restless Violets Magazine
Restless Violets is your go-to magazine for lesbian voices. Dedicated to exploring and amplifying the thoughts, ideas, and experiences of lesbians worldwide, Restless Violets aims to create much needed platforms for lesbian writers and creatives, bringing our stories to light and honouring our perspectives, history and future.
Launched in June 2024, Restless Violets publishes quarterly, each issue filled with fresh insights, creative works, and heartfelt narratives from the lesbian community.
About our Editor
Jennifer Juan is a writer, musician and content creator from the UK, who has a background in poetry, horror fiction and alternative pop music, from a lesbian perspective.
She has written for numerous publications, including Candid Magazine, Audacity and Pluviophile, and has hosted various podcast and radio projects, including zany UK politics catch up show “What The Actual F*** Is Going On With This Whole Politics Business?” and the LGBT poetry show “Diverse Verse” for Soho Radio.

Countess Casper is a regular columnist for Restless Violets Magazine. Through insightful commentary and personal anecdotes, she shares her perspective and invites thoughtful discussion on the day to day lives of lesbians.
Taylor – Regular Columnist – Sapphic State Of Mind
Taylor is a Gen Z writer whose work explores self discovery, alienation, and the complexities of modern lesbian life. Born and raised in Alabama, Taylor is studying Journalism and Media Studies, and hopes to work in LGBT+ media full time in the future.
